✅ [fixed] Partial control panel outage

This afternoon at around 5:05 PM US Pacific time we experienced a partial outage on our control panel. The problem was caused when we deployed code to the control panel with a database migration that hadn’t been run.

The problem has been corrected, and no loss of data occurred. The duration of the partial outage was around 40 minutes.
